Promotion Rules  

1.    For promotion, the student is required to secure at least ‘D’ grade in each subject.
2.    It is a must to clear 1st and 2nd Summative Assessment to get promoted to the next Higher Class.
3.    The final result will be calculated taking weightage of 10% from each FA, 30% from SA-I and 30% from SA-II.
4.    75% Class Attendance is a must for promotion.
5.    Parents / guardians are required to guide their ward to study hard, right from the beginning so that they need not have to request for any consideration.
6.    Promotion to Std. X and XII will be as per CBSE rules.

The Weightage and Importance to Co-scholastic Areas for Learners’ Promotion

Co-scholastic areas are highly beneficial for learners’ promotion to the next higher classes. As per the CBSE norms, co-scholastic activities are as valuable and result-oriented as the scholastic ones to grace the academic record. Learners’ keen interest and active participation in co-scholastic areas are desirable features for their scholastic accomplishment.
The students who have grade points in the range 34-42, will avail their benefits in the Academic Upgradation in two subjects, in the range 19-33 will gain their benefits in one subject to the lowest in the scholastic domains and below 19 grade points shall signify nothing in their upgradations to the next higher classes deeming CCE (Continuous comprehensive Evaluation).
