Admission Rules  

1.    REGISTRATION: Registration / Admission forms for new admissions are available from the second week of December every year and selection is made on the basis of test and interview to determine the capability of the child to pursue the prescribed courses of studies.
2.    AGE: For admission to L.K.G. the child should complete the age of 3.5 years on 1st April to the year of admission.
3.    Documents required at the time of Admission: (i) Transfer Certificate, (ii) Character Certificate, (iii) Marks Sheet and (iv) Birth Certificate (Municipal Corporation/ Gram Panchayat).

Withdrawal  Procedure:
1.    In case a parent wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school, application for the same must be rendered and the fees for the month in which request for T.C. is made, will be charged.
2.    The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school (not necessarily notifying the cause to the parents).
a.    Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to be benefited from the educational programme of the school.
b.    Those whose fees in arrear for more than two consecutive months.
c.    Those whose behavior in the opinion of the Principal is harmful and unjust in the interest of the School.
d.    Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for a long period renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Readmission may be granted only on the payment of fresh admission fee.
e.    Those who fail twice in the same class are below average.
3.    Withdrawal/ Transfer in the month of March will not be accepted.
4.    Transfer or School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all dues are paid. Duplicate copies of such certificates are not issued. In special cases, such certificates are issued after verification and on payment of Rs. 100/- as Duplicate Certificate fee.
Regularity & Punctuality

  • Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of ten consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls. He/She would be readmitted after clearance of all the dues with fresh admission fee, and that too at the direction of Principal.
  • For leave of absence, a letter must be sent to the class teacher by the parent along with a note in the diary.                                                          
  • All students are expected to attend the class on the opening day after vacations and on the closing day before vacations.
  • Absence because of sickness must be substanti¬ated with a Medical Certificate.
  • Students attending the school after suffering from infectious diseases like Measles, Chicken Pox, Cholera, Mums and Whooping Cough must produce a fitness certificate from an authorized Medical Practitioner.
  • 75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class.
